• Full Set:
  - You have no lashes or it’s been25+ days since your last fill.
  - Retention is less than 40%
  - Anything after 25 days will be a full set.

• 2 Week Fill:
  - It’s been 11-18 days since your last appointment
  - Retention is ~50%

• 3 Week Fill
  - It has been 19-24 days since your last appointment
  - Retention is less than 40%

• Foreign Fill
  - Previous work was done at another salon.

• All appointments require a deposit (Full sets: $50, Fills $30)

• All deposits will be applied to your appointment.

• If you opt to create an account for faster booking, a card is kept on file, no deposit is required.

• A 24 hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Failure of timely notice is a forfeit of your deposit.

• Consent forms must be completed before your arrival.

• A 15 minute grace period is permitted. Excessive tardiness is subject to rescheduling, loss of your deposit, and/or warranty will not apply to your service.

• Arrive makeup + caffeine free.

• Feel free to bring your headphones to enjoy your much needed self care + lash nap.

• We kindly ask that conversation be kept to a minimum or low volume to ensure the best possible results.

• Within 4 days of your initial appointment, you are eligible for a lash fix.

• Applicable to excessive shedding only.
  - Does not apply to foreign fills.
  - Does not apply to styling, length changes and/or failing to follow proper aftercare.

• Booking for a lash fix after 4 days will be charged for a fill price.

• ‍Due to the time, products, and preparation reserved specifically for each appointment, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

• Our technicians are trained to have thorough consultations prior to every appointment to provide you with the best outcome possible.

• If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within a 4 day period so we can review and address them appropriately.
  

• All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge applied to your card on file or your deposit through Stripe will be forfeited.

We kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone. Our space is designed to provide a calm atmosphere with limited seating, and additional guests can be distracting during services that require precision and focus.
